Our Baulé Mosaic Pants are crafted from offcuts of our Baulé pieces, bringing together fragments of handwoven textiles that might otherwise have gone unused. Each pair is thoughtfully pieced together to create a new composition, making these pants as much a sustainable piece of art as they are a wardrobe essential.

Finished with a solid black Fugu waistband, the pants feature an easy, baggy balloon silhouette designed for comfort and versatility. Wear them dressed up with a crisp shirt and jewellery, or keep things relaxed with a simple tee and your favourite pair of shoes.

Fit & sizing

The Baulé Mosaic Pants are designed with a generous, baggy balloon silhouette and are made to comfortably accommodate a range of body types from approximately S–XL.

Because of the relaxed construction, the way the pants fall will vary from person to person. They may appear more oversized on smaller frames and more fitted through the silhouette on larger frames, while still maintaining the intended relaxed shape.

Available as one flexible size: S–XL.

If you would prefer a shorter length, we can shorten your pants upon request. Please contact us after ordering so we can advise accordingly.

Because these pants are made using offcuts, every pair is intentionally unique. There are three pairs available in each pattern, however the exact placement of colours, motifs and textile fragments may vary from the images shown. This is part of what makes each pair its own one-of-a-kind composition.

Small variations are not imperfections, but a reflection of the materials and the handmade process.

Baulé is a handwoven 100% cotton textile from Côte d’Ivoire, dyed using natural plant and mineral-based dyes — often indigo, derived from leaves and roots — and dried under the sun. The dyeing process gives it its distinctive depth of colour, but also means the dye can run slightly during the first few wears or washes.

• Dry clean strongly recommended — we recommend Sparrows Laundromat, Osu

• Avoid wearing with light-coloured undergarments when the piece is fresh, as some dye transfer may occur

• If spot treating: use a chemical-free, mild soap and cold water on the affected area only — do not submerge the full garment

• Do not use regular detergent

• Do not wring or tumble dry — lay flat to dry in the shade

• Iron inside out on low heat only

• Store away from direct sunlight to preserve colour

Shipping: orders that are not tagged as ‘pre-order’ will be shipped within 12 working days of purchase and typically arrive within 2–5 working days after shipping. Pre-orders will be shipped within 12 weeks of the order date.
