Threaded Tribes Returns and Refund Policy

1. Return Policy

Please note that if an order is returned because customs or import duties were not accepted or paid by the customer, we are unable to issue a refund, as each order requires time, labor, and resources to fulfill. 

If your order is eligible for refund, we have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be in the same condition that you received it
  • Be unworn or unused
  • Have tags attached
  • Be in its original packaging
  • Include the receipt or proof of purchase

To start a return, please contact us at hello@threadedtribes.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

2. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and work to resolve it.

3. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Custom orders made using client-provided measurements or specifications are not eligible for a refund.

Returns based on size issues are not accepted for orders where the size was selected using our size guide and delivered accurately as specified.

4. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you need is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

5. Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

6. Non-Refundable Items

Return shipping fees are non-refundable.

Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.

Returns because of custom duties not paid / accepted by the customer are not eligible for refunds (see above).
